To achieve the, MBA in Health and Social Care Management; Candidates must complete the following Modules,

Research Proposal – 20%

This unit develops learners’ research planning and analytical skills within health and social care management. Students will identify a relevant healthcare or social care issue, conduct preliminary literature reviews, establish research objectives, and design an appropriate research methodology for their proposed study.

Final Dissertation – 80%

This unit requires learners to undertake an independent research project focused on a specialist area of health and social care management. Students will critically evaluate healthcare challenges, analyse organisational practices, apply theoretical and practical knowledge, and produce evidence-based recommendations aligned with professional and academic standards.

Upon successful completion of the Research Proposal and Final Dissertation units, learners will be able to:

  • Develop and present a structured research proposal addressing a relevant issue within health and social care management.
  • Critically evaluate academic literature, healthcare policies, and contemporary practices related to health and social care services.
  • Apply appropriate qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies to investigate complex healthcare and social care management challenges.

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
