  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old at the time of enrollment.
  • A relevant Level 7 postgraduate diploma, professional qualification, or equivalent in construction, civil engineering, architecture, or project management is required to qualify for the “Top Up” pathway.
  • Relevant professional experience in fields such as software development, data analysis, machine learning, programming, or IT systems is advantageous.
  • As the programme is delivered in English, applicants must demonstrate strong English language skills in reading, writing, and academic communication.
