  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old at the time of enrollment.
  • A relevant postgraduate diploma, professional qualification, or equivalent Level 7 award in construction, civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline is required to qualify for the “Top Up” pathway.
  • Candidates should demonstrate at least 2–3 years of industry experience in construction management, project planning, or related roles.
  • As the programme is delivered in English, applicants must demonstrate strong English language skills in reading, writing, and academic communication.
