To achieve the, MBA in Business and Organisational Psychology; Candidates must complete the following Modules,

Research Proposal – 20%

This module develops learners’ research planning, academic investigation, and analytical skills within the field of business and organisational psychology. Students will identify a relevant organisational or psychological issue, conduct preliminary literature reviews, establish research objectives, and design an appropriate research methodology for their proposed study.

Final Dissertation – 80%

The dissertation module requires learners to undertake an in-depth independent research project focused on a specialist area of business and organisational psychology. Students will critically analyse organisational behaviour, leadership practices, workplace psychology, employee performance, or related business challenges while applying theoretical knowledge and research-based solutions to professional contexts.

Upon successful completion of the Research Proposal and Final Dissertation modules, learners will be able to:

  • Develop and present a structured research proposal addressing a relevant issue within business and organisational psychology.
  • Critically evaluate academic literature, psychological theories, and contemporary organisational practices to support evidence-based analysis and decision-making.
  • Apply appropriate qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies to investigate complex organisational and workplace behaviour challenges.

  • Conduct independent and ethically responsible research aligned with academic, professional, and organisational standards.

  • Integrate psychological theories with business management principles to improve organisational performance, employee wellbeing, leadership effectiveness, and workplace culture.
  • Produce a professionally written dissertation that demonstrates originality, academic integrity, research competence, and advanced subject knowledge.
  • Communicate research findings, professional insights, and organisational recommendations effectively through academic writing and structured presentation.
  • Demonstrate independent learning, project management, and time management skills required for postgraduate-level study and professional leadership roles.
  • Evaluate organisational behaviour, employee engagement, leadership strategies, and workplace dynamics to support sustainable business improvement.

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Relevant professional experience in management, leadership, human resources, organizational development, business operations, consulting, or a related field is highly desirable.
