Upon completing the ProQual Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Construction and Civil Engineering Operations (Construction)-Excavation and Reinstatement;participants will be able to:

  • Restore excavated areas to required specifications using appropriate materials and methods
  • Select and apply suitable backfilling techniques using either excavated or new materials
  • Compact materials effectively to meet structural and environmental requirements
  • Reconstruct hard surfaces such as tarmac or concrete to match original conditions
  • Reinstate cultivated and grassed areas in accordance with landscape and environmental standards
