Entry Requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old at the time of enrollment.
  • A recognised Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is usually required.
  • Relevant work experience in construction, infrastructure, or project management is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Applicants whose first language is not English must demonstrate proficiency to ensure they can meet the academic and professional demands of the programme.
