Entry Requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old at the time of enrollment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business, management, social sciences, or a related discipline with a minimum second-class honours or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Work experience in areas such as human resources, organisational development, consultancy, or management is desirable but not always mandatory.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English suitable for academic study and research.
