  • Learners must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
  • A minimum of a Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in construction, architecture, environmental studies, or a related discipline is recommended
  • Applicants should ideally have prior experience in construction, building operations, or sustainability practices.
  • Learners must demonstrate adequate English reading, writing, listening, and communication skills to understand course materials and complete assessments
